       HOW TO BOOST IMMUNE SYSTEM?

The whole world is facing a pandemic "CORONAVIRUS", many of us are falling sick, and even dying. We get daily recommendation from doctors to improve our IMMUNITY OR IMMUNE SYSTEM. Now what exactly is IMMUNE SYSTEM? HOW CAN WE IMPROVE OUR IMMUNE SYSTEM/HOW TO BOOST OUR IMMUNE SYSYTEM? Lets find it out.


To make it easy, our entire body functions on the basis of HOW WELL IS OUR IMMUNE SYSTEM. Following are the ways to BOOST IMMUNE SYSYTEM:

DON'T SMOKE (ITS VERY HARMFUL AND MAY DAMAGE YOUR ENTIRE BODY AND IMMUNE SYSTEM, CAN ALSO KILL YOU)

• DON'T DRINK MUCH ALCOHOL, ALWAYS DRINK IN MODERATION (TRY TO LEAVE AS ITS ALSO VERY HARMFUL)

• EXERCISE 5 TIMES A WEEK 

• EAT PROTEIN RICH FOODS LIKE EGGS,CHICKEN, TOFU, LENTILS, OATS ETC

• ADD NUTS TO YOUR DIET

• DRINK ATLEAST 3-4L OF WATER A DAY, IT FLUSHES OUT WASTES FROM YOUR BODY

• SLEEP FOR 6-7 HOURS. SLEEP IS VERY IMPORTANT.

• DON'T STRESS TOO MUCH AS ITS NOT GOOD FOR YOUR MENTAL STATE AND ALWAYS KEEP SMILING AND BE HAPPY.

• ALWAYS MAKE SURE TO WASH YOUR HANDS WITH SOAP BEFORE AND AFTER TAKING ANY MEAL.


IMMUNE SYSTEM IS CONNECTED WITH AGE

As we age, our IMMUNE SYSTEM also age, which means as we start getting older and older, the performance of our IMMUNE SYSTEM also gets weak which in turn invites more infections and diseases in our body. Always make sure that you are spending on your body instead of buying those packed junk food and sodas which are obviously unhealthy. So why not spend on good foods which in turn will provide you a GOOD LIFE.


STRESS CAN LEAD TO WEAK IMMUNE SYSTEM

In today's modern world, STRESS has become a part of everyone's life. Its very difficult to understand to what level of STRESS a particular person is on. The meaning of STRESS is different for one and another.
