Building Stamina is a good thing as it helps you to carry out your daily life activities and also helps in boosting the fat loss process., which keeps you healthy and fit. And can also help you to live longer. But many of us don't even have an idea on how our diet, nutrition, fruits we eat, exercises etc helps us to last long in bed. If you are not happy or satisfied with your timing in bed and wants to know how to increase your stamina, then let me tell you there are several things that you can do to improve your performance and today I am gonna tell you about it.
Hello my wonderful audience, hope everyone's good and staying healthy and fit. Today I am going to lay out my views on this interesting topic "HOW TO LAST LONG IN BED". And now by this I won't ask you to eat any sort of pills or get an operation done. You guys don't even have an idea on how vegetable, fruits, nuts and some workout can do wonders in order to improve our stamina and sex drive. So come, lets find out about this.
HOW TO INCREASE SEX TIME?
According to several reports, it was found out that an average time for a male in bed is anywhere between 5-10 minutes but for a female its about 20-30 minutes. And now many guys will get offend by this statement but I am not saying this to offend anyone but this has been found out in several studies and reports. Now what we can do to overcome this?
I have been stressing alot in my every blog that how workouts and diet plays an important role in transforming your overall health and improves lifestyle. Now again the same thing improves our sex drive and stamina. Following are some key nutrients to improve your performance:
WHAT TO EAT TO INCREASE SEX POWER?
• Eat Potassium rich foods as Potassium keeps our cells hydrated and boost metabolism which in turn improves your stamina. Some Potassium rich foods include BANANAS, SPINACH, LOW FAT MILK, TOMATOES, CARROT, BROCCOLI which I believe is available in every kitchen.
• Protein rich foods takes time to digest which gives our body a last long energy.Protein rich foods include NUTS, EGGS, MILK, CHEESE, YOGURT, OATS, CHICKEN, FISH, LENTILS, TOFU/PANEER.(EASILY ACCESSIBLE ONES)
• Rely on Complex Carbs as they give loads of energy in our body. Some complex carbs are BEANS, PEAS, WHITE RICE OR BROWN RICE, OATMEAL, WHOLE WHEAT BREAD, CORN, SWEET POTATOES.( DON'T HATE CARBS, SIMPLE CARBS ARE BAD BUT NOT COMPLEX CARBS).
• Don't forget about Magnesium. Magnesium improves brain function. If magnesium level is low, stamina is depleted. Add SPINACH, WHOLE WHEAT, ALMONDS, CASHEW AND NUTS.
• Make sure you supply your body with IRON rich foods. Some of the iron sources are LENTILS, GREEN VEGGIES, MEAT, FISH, CHICKEN.
Do you know even DARK CHOCOLATES, ONIONS AND GARLIC, AND EVEN WATERMELON can help to improve performance in bed as it contains naturally occuring amino acid when helps to maintain the Erection. (I LOVE DARK CHOCOLATES)
AN UNKNOWN FACT: ASHWAGANDHA is too helpful in improving stamina by regulating sex hormones.
Also if you are a chain smoker or daily alcohol drinker, make sure to cut them out as it will only deplete your stamina rather than improving it. If someone gives me a choice between daily SEX or daily alcohol/smoking, anytime I am choosing daily sex. Rest you all can make a choice.
So, these are some my diet recommendations and some useful tips which if you implement in your life will definitely deliver you the results. Diet and daily workouts will do wonders in your lifestyle. Just start implementing it and I guarantee you won't regret. Chase yourself, build yourself, love yourself.

Everyone
wants to look good, get in shape and wants to get in that suit or dress that
they have always wanted to wear. But for some of us its not possible as we
carry some good amount of fat which restricts us to wear our good looking
cloths. So, how can we fix this issue? Should we stop eating? Should we starve?
Should we follow water diet? These questions arrive in our mind when we want to
lose fat from our body, so let's go and understand what many has already
followed and also showed results called "INTERMITTENT
FASTING".
INTERMITTENT FASTING MEANING:
Hello my wonderful audience out there, Hope everyone's good and staying fit and healthy. Today we gonna talk about a very trending and interesting topic called INTERMITTENT FASTING. So what really is INTERMITTENT FASTING? In a very simple and easy language, its an eating pattern where we fast for a good amount of time and eat in a less time window. And this allows us to remain in a CALORIE DEFICIT state where in we consume less calories and obviously due to less calorie intake, we shed that stubborn body fat and weight. Many studies have shown INTERMITTENT FASTING to be very helpful and effective to lose body weight and fat and may even helps us to live longer.
INTERMITTENT FASTING METHODS:
INTERMITTENT FASTING doesn't specify what to eat but rather "WHEN" you should eat. So, this is the reason I don't call it a diet but a more specific eating pattern. The most common method of Intermittent Fasting that people use is 16:8. Now lets understand what exactly is 16:8 pattern. This means out of the total 24hours, one has to fast for complete 16hours and eat only in the 8hours window. Now this may seems to be difficult to most of us, but believe me guys, this is very helpful and once your body adapts to this eating pattern, nothing will be hard and you can easily rely on this. And we have already seen fasting has been followed since ancient times and is done for spiritual or religious reasons.

Have you ever looked into the mirror and asked yourself how I can remove my belly fat,face fat or thigh fat? Lets be honest we all have done this atleast once in our life. Then we google "how can I remove my face fat or belly fat?" and the google gives us several results to this question and we get alot of youtube videos as well on this topic. But to be honest guys, you are wasting your time and efforts on finding a way to what we call as "SPOT REDUCTION." Lets first understand what exactly is SPOT REDUCTION. Its a outdated concept or a general theory which states that by doing some specific exercises will reduce specific areas of the body. For eg: doing facial exercises will reduce face fat or doing only arm exercises will reduce the fat on arm areas. BUT THIS SHIT IS NOT POSSIBLE AT ALL.

Spot Reduction is not possible at all. I am not only saying this but we have clear reports and facts available which states that this is not a effective way and you'll only waste your time and efforts. This theory of targeting specific body parts leads people to focus only on the troublesome areas, rather than exercising the entire body. Gender,age,genetics and lifestyle all play a vital role in fat gain and the accumulation of stubborn fat on specific parts of the body. Many people out there who fails to lose weight and fat tends to believe that spot reduction might help them. Yet fat loss is not at all possible that way, and there is not even a little evidence to prove this claim right.
High Intensity training, cardio and whole body movements are very effective for losing fat and toning up. The body not only burn fat from a specific part but from the whole body in general. If you want to lose fat from your face,thighs,arm,abdominal area then only way is to perform an entire body exercises and maintain a healthy diet. Diet plays an important role. Following a healthy meal plan and creating a calorie deficit is crucial for weight and fat loss. ELIMINATE JUNK FOOD, EAT ONLY PROTEIN AND FIBER RICH FOOD.
SPOT REDUCTION IS NOT POSSIBLE GUYS, PLEASE DON'T FOCUS ON SUCH THEORY AS IT HAS SHOWN TO BE INEFFECTIVE IN MANY STUDIES. Focusing on working towards a healthy lifestyle, more toned body will prove to be more beneficial than attempting to lose fat in one particular area. With consistent hard work, patience and dedication is both gym and kitchen, you achieve your body goals.
So guys I hope now its understandable that WHY SPOT REDUCTION IS A MYTH. EAT HEALTHY AND BE HEALTHY. YOU BECOME WHAT YOU EAT. We'll talk about calorie deficit in our next blog. Till then, stay tuned!!!

Well, sorry to say, but both the things are very different and have their individual meanings. In this blog, I'll try to make you all understand the real meaning and difference between "WEIGHT LOSS AND FAT LOSS". Lets get started.
Hello, my wonderful audience. Hope everyone's good and staying healthy and fit. So today we are going to talk about a topic which gave birth to several myths and misunderstandings. Do you want to lose weight? If you answered it YES, then you're on a wrong path my friend. Why did I say wrong? Ok, let me answer this. Stop eating and you'll lose weight, unfortunately what you lose will be both muscle and fat, leaving a skinny fat on your body, making you look dull and you might lose your hair as well. You'll start falling sick due to lack of energy and several other medical problems. So, what we are really trying to do is not to lose weight but to lose overall body fat. Before going further, I would ask you all to stop using weighing scales, just throw them out of your houses.
FAT LOSS VS WEIGHT LOSS
Your body fat percentage is a key indicator of your transformation success and not the weighing scale. What weighing scale does is to show some ridiculous numbers when you step on it, sometimes its down which create a sense of happiness in us and sometimes its up which makes us feel so drastic and bad that we just want to stop. Too many times, successful dieting is stopped because of meaningless numbers on a scale. Why should this matter at all? The weighing scale can't tell you if your clothes fit better, and it definitely won't tell you that you're looking any better. Don't worry if your weight goes up. If you're looking good and cloths fit better, your weight doesn't matter. It matters only when you tell your weight to someone who doesn't know the difference between weight and fat loss.
FAT LOSS DIET PLAN
Don't just stop eating good. Don't just stop working out. JUST DON'T. Your primary focus should be on fat loss and preserving muscle mass and not losing it. Don't rely on any detox drinks or fat burner pills. Just rely on yourself. Believe in yourself and you will achieve the body that you've ever wanted. Don't eat less. Eat more good and healthy foods. Challenge yourself to avoid all the junk food for 30days and eat only healthy foods. DRINK AS MUCH WATER AS YOU CAN. MAKE WATER YOUR BESTFRIEND. Indulge in an everday walk, start playing some outdoor games. Do some pushups,skipping,swimming,squats etc. See some youtube videos of all the exercises. It takes only 21 days to build a habit. And once you build a habit, believe me you are unstoppable.
So, I hope you all have understood the difference between fat and weight loss. Lose fat and not weight. In the next blog I'll tell you more about the spot reduction(a greatest myth of all time). Till then, stay tuned.

CHAPTER 2- "THE DIET"
Hello my wonderful audience. Hope everyone's doing good and staying fit and healthy. And if not then I am here to give you some motivation. So today's blog will be about the most important thing in our transformation which is "THE DIET". So, let's get started.
Each and everyone of us loves to eat!! And if I talk about those mouth watering dishes,UMMMM YUMMMYYYYY!! BUT, the bitter truth is "WE BECOME WHAT WE EAT". Being a foodie, I didn't believe in this phrase and continued to eat a lot of snacks, fried food, packed food etc. Little did I know what harm its causing to my body. I was having a ball, when I was used to those "UNHEALTHY FOODS". And then one day I looked in to the mirror and I was shocked to see my big belly and tummy. And the worst nightmare, my favourite Trouser was no longer of my waist. I cried and cried. What have I done? That huge belly,that fat face, OMG!! No, I can't be like this, I have to change myself. All these voices were coming out from the inside of my brain. When I gained a lot of body fat, I started having breathing problems. I can't run, I can't walk properly. My body posture changed and I get tired so quickly. I started feeling low, so many negative thoughts in my mind. I was no longer the same person I used to be.
To get faster results, I did a mistake which I believe most of us have done. I gave up on my food. Can you believe, I gave up on food. I even gave up on home cooked meals which are considered to be very healthy and delicious at the same time. I did all this because I wanted fast results. But here comes the worst part, I faced the consequences. I started falling sick, no energy in the body plus now I was on medicines. My skin started becoming so dull. Acne all over my face. Everything got disturbed in my life. I stopped going to park, no hangouts with my friends, all day locked up in my room. But I forgot one thing, "WITH EVERY PROBLEM, COMES A GREAT SOLUTION."
When I was on my medicines, I was eating proper home cooked meals,eggs,chicken,mill,tofu,nuts etc.And gradually I started observing changes in my body. My face started clearing up. I lost some good amount of weight and that's when I realised that its the food that cause weight and fat gain and its the same food that causes weight and fat loss. Its just that we have to make some changes in our diet. And guys believe me or not, DIET is really important. You don't have to skip meals or starve. Eat healthy and in right quantity. Eat a lot of fruits and veggies. Add protein in every meal. And you know what, 80% is all diet and 20% workout when you are transforming. So, don't hate food just say no to all those fried chips,sodas,pizza,burgers etc and YES TO HEALTHY DIET.

We all have seen some random instagram or facebook posts stating "EAT CLEAN TO BE FIT OR STAY FIT STAY HEALTHY". But in today's world where we all are just running behind money to provide food,shelter,luxury etc to our families, we are neglecting a fact which we used to hear from our boring old school books that is "HEALTH IS WEALTH". What is Health? Why should I take care of myself? How can I stay fit? I don't have enough money to spend or diet or enough time and so on. EXCUSES! EXCUSES! AND EXCUSES!!!!!!!
