CHAPTER 1- THE FITNESS INTRODUCTION
We all have seen some random instagram or facebook posts stating "EAT CLEAN TO BE FIT OR STAY FIT STAY HEALTHY". But in today's world where we all are just running behind money to provide food,shelter,luxury etc to our families, we are neglecting a fact which we used to hear from our boring old school books that is "HEALTH IS WEALTH". What is Health? Why should I take care of myself? How can I stay fit? I don't have enough money to spend or diet or enough time and so on. EXCUSES! EXCUSES! AND EXCUSES!!!!!!!
Hello wonderful people out there. I hope everyone's doing good. My name is Aditya, a typical Indian guy who loves to stay fit and healthy and doing different diet experiments. So from now onwards I will start telling out loud my Ideas or we can say MY WAY TO BE IN SHAPE.
This is the first time I am doing a blog on something I am deeply in love with. Stay Tuned for more blogs as I will be sharing a lot of stuff on fitness and diet.
